Returns

We accept returns within 30-days of the date received. Please contact us at atelierasymmetry@gmail.com for details. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
We also do not allow any exchanges for safety and sanitary reasons. Please get in touch with us at atelierasymmetry@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, and we will address your concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
